As of the beginning of October 2021, Maui Bay Villas has only three buildings completed. Be prepared for construction everywhere. There are construction workers, construction materials and machines, tarps for walls and partially constructed buildings on the property. Maui Bay Villas is a resort under construction. I can’t emphasize this enough.
